Christmas! We all know how dire the vegan Christmas sweets situation is. These balls are chewy, chocolatey, nutty and oh so good!
Ingredients intentionally vague, because nobody ever has enough walnuts.
They keep well in the fridge for a few weeks.

Cooking time: 10 minutes
Ingredients for a whole bunch of ’em
- 100g walnuts
- 100g dates, pitted
- 15g cocoa powder
- 30g grated coconut
- 1/2 espresso shot to boost the chocolate flavor
- obligatory pinch of salt
For the coating
- 30g cocoa powder, or grated coconut
Steps
- Add all the ingredients to a food processor
- Blend until no large chunks remain
- Wet your hands and roll into balls
- Roll the balls in the coating of your choice
