This is an unusual flavor combination. Kiwi is actually a very decent oatmeal topping, as any fruit. I think the sourness is quite important to balance out the texture of the oatmeal. Almond milk is one of the better ones for oatmeal.

Ingredients for 1 serving

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 large banana
  • 1.5 cups almond milk
  • 2 kiwi
  • 1 cup peanuts

Steps

  1. Mash the banana in a bowl and add oats.
  2. Pour over milk and mix. The oats should be liberally submerged.
  3. Cook in the microwave for 2 minutes.
  4. Decorate with kiwi cut in half and peanuts.
