This is an unusual flavor combination. Kiwi is actually a very decent oatmeal topping, as any fruit. I think the sourness is quite important to balance out the texture of the oatmeal. Almond milk is one of the better ones for oatmeal.

Ingredients for 1 serving
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 large banana
- 1.5 cups almond milk
- 2 kiwi
- 1 cup peanuts
Steps
- Mash the banana in a bowl and add oats.
- Pour over milk and mix. The oats should be liberally submerged.
- Cook in the microwave for 2 minutes.
- Decorate with kiwi cut in half and peanuts.
