- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1.5 cups soy milk
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 1 tablespoon shredded coconut
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup

- Cook the oats in the soy milk until it is thick and creamy.
- Put into a bowl, add the blueberries and strawberries.
- Drizzle with maple syrup and top with shredded coconut.
